Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging or using any services provided by HNS Global LLC. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Section 1

Company Information

HNS Global LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized and operating under the laws of the United States. We provide AI automation solutions and business consulting services, primarily to real estate investment companies.

Section 2

Services Provided

HNS Global LLC provides the following professional services to business clients, specifically real estate investment companies:

  • AI-Powered Automation: Design, build, and deployment of automation workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL) and related platforms to streamline business operations.
  • Appointment Booking Automation: Automated scheduling systems that reduce manual coordination for client and prospect appointments.
  • Client Communication Automation: AI-driven SMS, email, and voicemail sequences for lead nurturing, follow-up, and client management.
  • AI Implementation Consulting: Strategic consulting services to help real estate investment businesses identify, plan, and implement AI tools and workflows within their operations.

All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. We do not provide services directly to consumers or individuals acting outside of a business capacity.

Section 3

Eligibility and Acceptance

By engaging our services or contacting us, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are acting on behalf of a legally registered business entity.
  • You have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of that entity.
  • Your use of our services complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Section 4

Communications and Telephone Contact

HNS Global LLC may contact prospective and existing business clients via telephone, SMS, or email for business-related communications including service inquiries, project follow-up, and consulting engagements.

By providing your telephone number to HNS Global LLC, you expressly consent to receive calls and/or text messages from us at the number provided, for business purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

All telephone communications are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations. We do not engage in unsolicited robocalling to residential consumers.

Our outbound calling activities are directed exclusively at businesses and business representatives who have expressed interest in our services or with whom we have an established business relationship.

Section 5

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of HNS Global LLC and is protected by applicable United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

Automation workflows, templates, systems, and consulting deliverables created by HNS Global LLC for a client are delivered pursuant to the terms of the applicable client agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, HNS Global LLC retains all proprietary rights to underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies.

Section 6

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging HNS Global LLC agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
  • Ensure that all contact data used in automation systems was obtained lawfully and with proper consent.
  • Comply with all applicable laws when deploying automations, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable state telemarketing laws.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials or platform logins shared during service delivery.
Section 7

Payment and Fees

Fees for services are agreed upon between HNS Global LLC and the client prior to commencement of work, either through a written proposal, agreement, or invoice. Payment terms, schedules, and refund policies are outlined in the individual client agreement.

All fees are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). HNS Global LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

Section 8

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HNS Global LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expected business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific results from automation implementations or consulting engagements. Real estate market conditions, platform changes, and client-side factors may affect outcomes.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HNS Global LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client to HNS Global LLC in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

Section 10

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. HNS Global LLC will not disclose client business information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Section 11

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel (GHL), email service providers, telephony systems, and other software tools. HNS Global LLC is not responsible for the terms, availability, or performance of third-party platforms. Use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Section 12

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which HNS Global LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Section 13

Modifications to These Terms

HNS Global LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Section 14

Termination

HNS Global LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client at its sole discretion, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Clients may terminate service engagements in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual client agreements.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.
